Our leadership team comprises an entrepreneurial group of innovative leaders and industry experts from diverse backgrounds across homebuilding, mortgage, land development and asset management. 

Stuart Miller is Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Lennar Corporation and a member of Lennar’s Board of Directors. He joined Lennar more than 40 years ago and has held numerous leadership roles across the company’s Homebuilding Division and former Investment and Commercial Properties Division. From 1991 to October 1997, Stuart served as President of both business segments, driving their growth and success. He became Chief Executive Officer in April 1997 and served in that role until April 2018, when he assumed his current position as Executive Chairman. In October 1997, Lennar Corporation spun off its commercial real estate investment, financial, and management activities into LNR Property Corporation, which became a separately listed company on the New York Stock Exchange. Stuart served as Chairman of the Board of LNR until its sale in February 2005 and joined the Board of Directors of Builder Homesite, Inc. in March 2000. He currently serves as Chair of the UHealth Board of Directors and Co-Chairman of the Miami Dolphins Foundation.

Diane Bessette has served as Chief Financial Officer of Lennar Corporation since April 2018. She joined Lennar in 1995 and has held a range of senior leadership roles during her tenure. Diane was named Vice President in 2000 and served as Corporate Controller from 1997 to 2008, before becoming Treasurer in February 2008, a role she held until April 2024. Throughout her career at Lennar, she has played a key role in the company’s financial strategy, capital management, and long-term growth. Diane is a member of the Board of Directors of the Miami Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta and participates in the Wall Street Journal CFO Network. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rhode Island College and a Master of Science degree from the University of Rhode Island.

Katherine Lee Martin joined Lennar in September 2025 as Chief Legal Officer and Secretary. She is a seasoned legal executive with more than two decades of experience in corporate law, compliance, and governance. Prior to Lennar, Katherine joined The Hertz Corporation in May 2023 as Vice President and Chief Counsel and later served as Chief Compliance Officer from January 2024 to June 2024. She was named Interim General Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary in April 2024 and became Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary in July 2024. From August 2021 to April 2023, Katherine held senior legal leadership roles at X Corp. (formerly Twitter, Inc.). Earlier in her career, she spent more than a decade as an Assistant U.S. Attorney with the U.S. Department of Justice. Katherine earned her J.D. from William & Mary Law School.

Drew Holler joined Lennar in October 2022 as Chief Human Resources Officer, overseeing the company’s human resources, people operations, and communications functions. He brings more than 20 years of experience from Walmart, where he began his career in supply chain operations and advanced into multiple senior leadership roles spanning supply chain, regional store management, and people innovation. Prior to joining Lennar, Drew most recently served as Walmart’s Senior Vice President of Associate Experience and later as Senior Vice President, People Partner for U.S. Operations. Throughout his career, he has focused on building scalable people strategies that support business growth and enhance associate engagement. Drew earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from John Brown University and holds an MBA from the New York Institute of Technology.

Shanna Tellerman joined Lennar in August 2023 as Chief Product Officer following Lennar’s acquisition of Modsy, where she served as Founder and Chief Executive Officer. Modsy was a 3D visualization platform that enabled consumers to digitally scan their spaces and collaborate with online interior designers to reimagine their homes. In her current role, Shanna oversees product innovation across Lennar’s organization, spanning land, home plans and design, and customer experience. Prior to Modsy, she was a partner on the investing team at Google Ventures, where she focused on early-stage technology companies. Earlier in her career, Shanna founded and led Sim Ops Studios (Wild Pockets), a Carnegie Mellon University spin-off focused on democratizing 3D game development, which was acquired by Autodesk in 2010. She holds both a Master of Entertainment Technology and a BFA from Carnegie Mellon University.

Kemp Gillis is Lennar’s Senior Vice President of Supply Chain. He joined the company in 2018 following Lennar’s merger with CalAtlantic Group, Inc. As a member of Lennar’s executive team, Kemp is responsible for supply chain, purchasing, construction, and home automation. Prior to the merger, he served as Vice President of Purchasing and Field Operations for CalAtlantic and its predecessor, Ryland Homes, beginning in 2014. Earlier in his career, Kemp spent eleven years with Pulte Homes and Pulte Capital, where he held a variety of leadership roles across purchasing and operations. He brings deep operational expertise and a disciplined approach to managing complex, national supply chain functions. Kemp graduated with honors from Central Michigan University in 2003, earning a bachelor’s degree in corporate finance and business management.

Lennar’s #1 priority is the safety and health of our associates and their families. Dr. Pascal Goldschmidt, Lennar’s Chief Medical Officer, assists us in looking into every step of every business process to ensure we fully understand its impact on the health of every individual involved.

A renowned Cardiologist, Dr. Pascal Goldschmidt is a cardiovascular researcher who has published more than 250 scientific articles. Former Sr. VP for Medical Affairs and Dean of the University of Miami Leonard M. Miller School of Medicine until 2016, Dr. Pascal also served as the Chief Executive Officer of the University of Miami Health System (UHealth), which includes six hospitals and various outpatient facilities in South Florida, with more than 1,200 physicians and 8,000 staff members. Dr. Pascal helps guide us as we continue to build, while keeping safety a priority; he advises on our associate protocols and our jobsite safety protocols; and provides our associates and trade partners with crucial information and tips on how to maintain healthy minds and bodies. Dr. Pascal also helps our associates navigate the complexities of healthcare, especially for those who are experiencing severe illnesses. Dr. Pascal is available anytime for associates who have concerns about and fear for their health. He helps us through the difficult times.

Michael Petrolino has served as Lennar’s Vice President of Taxation since 2005. In this role, he oversees all corporate tax planning, legislative strategy, and compliance activities and is responsible for structuring Lennar’s significant acquisitions, including land and joint venture transactions. As Lennar’s chief tax officer, Michael has played a leading role in working with Congress on legislative changes and tax reform impacting the homebuilding industry. He leads a highly skilled tax organization recognized as best-in-class across the industry. Prior to joining Lennar, Michael spent more than 21 years with Deloitte, where he served as a tax partner in the national tax services group, providing strategic corporate tax planning to major companies across the United States.

David Collins is Lennar’s Corporate Controller, overseeing the company’s accounting and financial reporting functions. He joined Lennar in 1998 as a Financial Reporting Manager and has held a series of roles with increasing responsibility, including Executive Director of Financial Reporting, before being named Corporate Controller in 2008. Throughout his tenure, David has played a key role in maintaining strong financial controls and reporting practices. Prior to joining Lennar, he worked in public accounting with Coopers & Lybrand, the predecessor firm to PricewaterhouseCoopers. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Florida and a Master’s degree in Accounting from Florida International University, supporting Lennar’s commitment to accuracy, transparency, and disciplined financial stewardship.

Ori Klein serves as Lennar’s Vice President, Digital Marketing and Product. In this role, he leads the digital transformation of Lennar’s customer experience, focused on creating innovative ways for homebuyers to engage, shop, and purchase homes online. Prior to joining Lennar, Ori led growth, product, and analytics teams at multiple consumer technology companies. Earlier in his career, he was a consultant in McKinsey’s Silicon Valley office. Before that, Ori served for more than a decade in the Israel Defense Forces and government, attaining the rank of Major and leading technology-enabled operations. He is a graduate of the IDF’s elite Talpiot program. Ori holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in Physics and Mathematics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Lauren Dudley is Lennar’s Vice President and Corporate Treasurer. She brings extensive experience in treasury, corporate development, and risk management across retail and financial services. Prior to joining Lennar, Lauren served as Treasurer and Head of Corporate Development and Risk Management at Levi Strauss & Co., where she also served on the board of Stony Creek Colors, a natural indigo-dye manufacturer. Before Levi’s, she was a Senior Director in Walmart Inc.’s Corporate Development and Mergers and Acquisitions group. Earlier in her career, Lauren spent ten years in Morgan Stanley’s Investment Banking Division, advising retail companies, private equity firms, and portfolio companies. Lauren earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Amherst College and has built a career focused on capital management and long-term strategic growth initiatives.

Jim Parker is Area President of Lennar, overseeing the company’s eastern operations. A 30-year industry veteran, he previously served as Division President for Ryland Homes in Atlanta before being promoted to Regional President. Following the merger of Ryland Homes and Standard Pacific to form CalAtlantic Homes, Jim continued as Regional President until the company’s merger with Lennar in 2018. His earlier career includes leadership roles at John Wieland Homes and Beazer Homes, where he served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing and later Division President for Georgia. Jim also founded Parker Chandler Homes, operating in Atlanta, Charlotte, and Myrtle Beach, before selling the business in 2006. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University and is a co-founder of the Atlanta Chapter of HomeAid.

David Grove is Area President of Lennar, overseeing the company’s western operations. He joined Lennar in 1999 as Construction Area Manager for the Austin Division, became Director of Construction in 2000, and was promoted to Division President in 2004. Following Lennar’s acquisition of a San Antonio homebuilder, David relocated in 2005 to lead that Division, a role he held until 2017, while also overseeing both the Austin and San Antonio Divisions from 2015 to 2017. Later in 2017, he moved to Dallas as Division President of the Dallas-Fort Worth Division, and in 2022, he was named Regional President for Texas. David serves as Board Chair for Ciudad de Angeles, a nonprofit operating an orphanage in Mexico. 

David Grove

Greg McGuff leads Lennar’s strategic verticals, including the Lennar Investor Marketplace, land banking optimization, Single Family for Rent, and other initiatives designed to redefine company operations. He joined Lennar in 1994 and has held roles including Controller, Vice President of Land Acquisitions, Division President, and Regional Vice President. Greg spent five years in the Orange County and Los Angeles markets before transferring to the Inland Empire. Since entering the market in 1999, his leadership has supported the acquisition and management of seven master-planned communities, including College Park, Victoria Arbors, Greer Ranch, Harveston, Rosena Ranch, Spencers Crossing, Northstar Ranch, and Escena. Under his leadership, Lennar has also served as a guest builder in eight master-planned communities. Prior to joining Lennar, Greg was a CPA with EY.

Carlos Gonzalez is Regional President for Lennar, overseeing the Southeast Florida, Palm Atlantic, Mid Florida, and Jacksonville divisions. A respected leader in the South Florida real estate community, he has spent more than 34 years with Lennar since joining the company in 1990. Carlos has held leadership roles including Sales Manager, Area Sales Manager, Director of Sales and Marketing, and Vice President of Sales and Marketing. In 2005, he was promoted to Division President, leading the Miami-Dade County division and later the Southeast Florida homebuilding division, managing operations from South Miami-Dade through the Treasure Coast. He was named Regional Vice President in 2022 and promoted to Regional President in 2024. Carlos brings deep expertise across homebuilding, including financial planning, land acquisition, sales and marketing, construction management, customer care, and product design.

Jeremy Parness is a Regional President of Lennar, overseeing land and homebuilding operations across the California Coastal, Central Valley, San Diego, and Las Vegas markets. Most recently, he served as Regional Vice President for Lennar’s Western Region. Jeremy joined Lennar in 1999 as Land Acquisition Manager for the Las Vegas Division and was promoted to Division President in 2005. In 2015, he assumed responsibility as Division President of Lennar’s California Coastal Division. With more than 30 years of experience in homebuilding and extensive land-acquisition expertise, Jeremy’s leadership has fueled sustained regional growth. His commitment to operational excellence has supported the development of high-profile communities, including The Great Park, Altair, and Serrano Summit, strengthening Lennar’s presence across key Western markets.

Frank Walker is Lennar’s Regional President overseeing homebuilding operations across the Arizona, Colorado, and Utah markets. He joined the company in 2013 as Division President for Colorado and was promoted to Regional Vice President of Arizona, Colorado, and Utah in 2023 before assuming his current role in 2024. During his tenure in Colorado, Frank grew the Division from 565 homes to more than 2,000 homes, helping make Lennar the number one homebuilder in the state. Previously, he spent nearly a decade as Chief Operating Officer of Oakwood Homes, LLC. Frank earned his MBA in values-based leadership from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver. He is an active volunteer supporting Denver Children’s Home and HomeAid Colorado and chairs the Builder for Babies diaper drive annually statewide.

Lennar Homebuilding and Land

Eric Feder serves as President of Lenˣ, where he oversees Lennar’s innovation platform and venture capital investing. Prior to his current role, he served as Vice Chairman at Rialto Capital from 2008 to 2018, overseeing non-performing loan acquisitions and direct real estate investments totaling more than $6 billion. Eric has been instrumental in identifying, structuring, and executing investments that have helped reshape real estate technology, including Doma, Hippo Insurance, Blend, Opendoor, Modsy, and SmartRent. He currently serves as a board director at Hippo Insurance and Opendoor and previously served on the boards of Doma and SmartRent. Eric is the past Chairman of the Miami Dolphins Cancer Challenge and serves on the Board of Governors of the Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center at the University of Miami.

Bruce Gross is Chief Executive Officer of Lennar Financial Services, which provides mortgage financing, title insurance, and homeowners insurance. Previously, he served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Lennar, where he led the company’s nationwide treasury, accounting, tax, investor relations, and information technology functions, and oversaw Lennar Financial Services. Since joining Lennar in 1997, Bruce has played a key role in the company’s strategic and operating initiatives, including multiple acquisitions, and has contributed significantly to Lennar’s growth into one of the nation’s largest homebuilders. He brings more than 30 years of experience in corporate finance. Prior to Lennar, Bruce helped launch Pacific Greystone Corporation and supported its growth through an initial public offering and eventual acquisition by Lennar.

Cristina Pardo is President of Lennar Title. Previously, she was Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Lennar Financial Services, LLC, parent of Lennar Title. Cristina started her career in public accounting working for Deloitte and after 5 years left to work for one of her clients. In 2003, Cristina started with Lennar Financial Services as Controller. Cristina earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration in 1989 from Florida International University, with a major in accounting and has been a CPA in Florida since November 1989.

Laura Escobar is President of Lennar Mortgage, the mortgage lending subsidiary of Lennar. A mortgage industry veteran, she has held leadership roles with both bank-owned and independent mortgage companies, overseeing all aspects of mortgage banking. Passionate about paying it forward, Laura is actively involved in the South Florida community and supports organizations including Women of Tomorrow and United Way’s Women United. A licensed mental health counselor, she is deeply committed to understanding and uplifting underserved women and minorities. Laura serves on multiple advisory boards and committees, including as MBA Chair for 2025, the Opens Doors Foundation, NAHREP, NAMMBA Visionary Ambassador, and the MBA Board of Directors. She previously served on the Fannie Mae AHAC, FHLMC Advisory Board, and as Co-Chair of the Independent Mortgage Bankers.
